Jim Carrey has shared another bit of wisdom that if we take in and truly understand, has the potential to
change our lives. Sure, in the video below he is sharing information he learned through a number of
great authors and teachers out there, but the fact that Jim is living it, is what is most important.

class of 2014 in Fairfield, Iowa. The video is short, but packs such a solid punch.
When we realize that all we have is the present moment, a powerful sense of peace comes over us.
Suddenly we stop worrying about so much of the things our mind chatter is presenting to us outside of this
moment.
Remember, no moment is ordinary, so take the time to pay attention to each one. Don’t get caught up in
the past, the future, fears or worries. Be here, now and don’t be afraid to step out of the box. Your passions
are the most important things you can follow.

The year of 2015 has been declared the International Year of Light (IYL) by the United Nations. Organizations,
institutions, and individuals involved in the science and applications of light will be joining together for this year
long celebration to help spread the word about the wonders of light.
In many ways, astronomy uses the science of light. By building telescopes that can detect light in its many forms,
from radio waves on one end of the "electromagnetic spectrum" to gamma rays on the other, scientists can get a
better understanding of the processes at work in the Universe.

Explanation: Northern Lights, or aurora borealis, haunted skies over the island
of Kvaløya, near Tromsø Norway on 2009 December 13. This 30 second long exposure
records their shimmering glow gently lighting the wintery coastal scene. A study
in contrasts, it also captures the sudden flash of a fireball meteor from the
excellent Geminid meteor shower in 2009 December. Streaking past familiar stars
in the handle of the Big Dipper, the trail points back toward the constellation
Gemini, off the top of the view. Both aurora and meteors occur in Earth's upper
atmosphere at altitudes of 100 kilometers or so, but aurora caused by energetic
charged particles from the magnetosphere, while meteors are trails of cosmic dust.

A very dear friend of mine, Dr. Mary Sidhwani, has written a wonderful story regarding her ordeal with cancer and the tools she utilized to overcome her fears so she could keep believing that all would turn out well. She and 42 other authors have each contributed a story about surviving traumas, severe illnesses, and/or other hardships which form the basis for a new book entitled, Heart to Heart, A Path to Wellness. The book is being published by Sarah Prout and Sean Patrick Simpson who have formed their own publishing company. I will keep you posted as to when and where the book can be purchased.
